Chipotle Mexican Grill

I have never been to a Chipotle until I got a gift card. There is one very close to my home so I figured I would give them a try. I got no help in decoding the menu, when I asked. Then I was charged for an item I did NOT get. I tried calling and their phone system does not allow you to talk to a person, only place orders. Went to website left them a message it has been a week no response. I just went back and mentioned as I tried to kill the gift card. The girl at the register just looked at me like "do I look like I care". I still have something on that gift card but guess what it is staying there. You beat me Chipotle I will never be back and will discourage anyone I can from going. Hope it was worth it.👎👎👎👎👎

I’m not usually the type to leave a review but, this is a story I have to share. So be careful eating here. I ate here on a Wednesday and my stomach did not take well to it. I went to sleep that night feeling extra nauseous and barely being able to move and even into the following day & not being able to move from bed! Long story short, I got food poisoning 👎🏽 & it led me to sharting myself for the very first time in my many years of living.

I ordered a burrito with Adobe chicken, brown rice, black beans, Pico, cheese, lettuce, Guacamole, and sour cream....need I say more!?! 🤤😋🤤😋 it was absolutely delicious, food was fresh and hot, and associates working were really nice! I sat outside with my cockatiel, Hedwig. I have a bird carrier for him, so he enjoyed looking around. Great spot!

This chipotle is so far the only one around here worth going to. I rather drive all the way from Tampa to this location than go to the ones in Tampa. It sounds stupid, but try this one and then go to the ones in Tampa. I know it all depends on management and the individual employee but so far bowl is always great, no water from corn or pico, warm at the very least and they actually serve you a decent portion unlike all the ones in my side of town.

Very bad experience very bad personnel horrible customer service never coming to this location again! They messed up on my order we ordered the burrito bowl I said clearly I wanted half steak half barbacoa she said it was double but the small portion she put looked like half and half she went off and starting scooping the meat off the bowl unbelievable. We also ordered quesadillas they forgot to give us the sides for that as well. Payed almost $40.00 bucks for bad service bad food incredibly disappointed especially when we come here often.
