Mcdonald's

Slow service. Wanted me to pull forward when no one behind me. (Black) manager argued with me. Window girl was nice at first, but then became rude because I wouldn’t pull forward, still at this point, no one behind me. Didn’t receive my receipt. Waited almost 10 minutes for food. Ordered 3 Double cheeseburgers only ketchup and Mac sauce at approximately 8 PM. The only thing they were concerned about was their time card as the traffic and drive through account. We are regulars there. Never waited this long. Very rude and disrespectful, and disappointed

Went through drive thru 2 big macs, 1 without lettuce. Large fry. Request all fresh please. Total 14.09. Gave her 20.10 said keep the penny. Gave us back a 5 we said we gave you 20.10. 6.00 please and receipt. She said we don't print receipts. Fries and big macs cold and both had lettuce. There is absolutely no reason for poor service, when were willing to wait.

Just tried to order food at the drive through for 7 people and I could not even finish my sentence before the rude employee taking our order kept interrupting me. She was definitely not the employee to have at the window representing the company. She was rude and unwelcoming! She anywayed me when I asked for the manager so I told her how I felt and left without the $50 worth of food.
