Ice cream machine of course broken. They tried to give me my food in a bag with the food falling out. Just asked for a bigger bag to throw it in. The person said sorry I had it done before I noticed the large fry. So you probably should have fixed it? Get home and this is my large fry. No fries in bottom of bag. If I wanted a medium fry I would have ordered one. Nuggets were cold.

Theyve needed a new morning shift for a long time. Lazy working staff now can only work with 1 customer in drivethru at a time. She is friendly but wont shut up and do her job. Shouldnt take 10 min in a drive thru. Especially if your the only car. I wont be back until i can be in anout in under 5 min.

Slow business. Waited at the speaker for 7 minutes without a greeting or aid if help. Being a doordash driver that hurts my overall customer satisfaction as well and making it hard to feed my own family

They had someone texting for over 5 minutes causing over 10 people in drive thru and half of them leaving. Not only that some might be uner or doordash. I waited over 15 minutes and more to get someone to over the intercom need more managers at night on Saturday

In violation of law the McDonald's corporation now charges for courtesy cups of water..
I happen to mention this to the rather large woman behind the counter.. and she took it personally.. and literally threw my hamburger at me.. with the words I should have charged you a dollar for the water..

The workers were fighting loudly with the window open. A loud toothless black lady was screaming at a younger aisan boy and he was yelling back. I thought they were gonna get physical. Getting all in each other's faces while holding my ice-cream cone!! Unprofessional, immature, and annoying.

Have ordered McDoubles here a couple times asking for no cheese due to an allergy yet everytime they put cheese on it. The receipt shows no cheese, how hard is it to follow the most basic directions?

There was a line and I debated if I should wait or go; I'm glad I didn't go. They moved quicker than I ever anticipated. Food was hot and fresh. My order was correct.
