Kfc

I like this location. Friendly staff, prompt service. It can be a little difficult to get in and out of depending on traffic, but I've never gotten a wrong order or had them forget anything. This is the only location I eat at anymore and I love the #3 combo (so rare that a chicken sandwich still tastes properly like chicken at a fast food place)!

This location is hit and miss in regards to quality of food. Tonight, I saw an employee put a fluffy biscuit on top of two containers in a box. There was less than a 1/4 inch space between the top of the container and the top off the box. The employee didn't show any concern. When shutting the box, it flattened the biscuit. There doesn't seem to be any pride in the employees or concern about what they are serving. Tonight's popcorn chicken was dry and tasted like it was overcooked or cooked a long time ago and reheated. It was terrible. I have had on another occasion descent food so I will give it 3 stars. You just never know if it's going to be a good day or a bad day.

KFC used to be great. Lately when you combine their early closing time and the supply issues, it makes every trip frustrating. My family eats late dinners. When we actually make it to KFC, it is always about an hour before closing. We are not the people who show up at the last minute. Even an hour before closing, we always have to wait for the chicken and get a mashup of whatever pieces they have. We never get the correct combo of pieces. Their food is tasty, but the experience is disappointing.

Have not been here in over a year because the service was horrible. Was craving KFC and didn’t feel like driving 20 minutes to the other location. Figured the people working there a year ago probably moved on, guess not order was all messed up. I don’t understand why it’s so hard to read a screen and put the food people order in the box? If you go here make sure your order is right before pulling off. They should of closed this location liked they had planned 1 year ago!!!

So I would like to know how a restaurant that promotes a new item tells me when I go to order it that they do not have the ingredients to do it? That's what my crew member said to me when she got back. What I think is, is that the crew over there are lazy and just dont feel like doing it. This is the 3rd time I have come across the same excuse and it is getting real old real quick. They need a new management staff and better service if this restaurant is gonna be successful..

No matter how many times I go to this establishment or the time, something is ALWAYS messed up. No chicken, giving the freshly cooked to drive thru when inside people have been waiting for 20 minutes or more. Messed up orders, I've spoken to the regional manager a few times and always hear, I'm sorry give us another chance. Even offer a make up meal, only for the manager to say, nope we don't have that information or you have to come between this time or that. I'm done, I'll go to popeye's or fry my own.

I ordered for kfc delivery thru grub hub and the staff neglected to give the delivery driver my whole order. I called kfc about it and they hung up on me several times when I tried to give them my information. I ended up going to kfc myself and making sure i got the 35$ of food I ordered for my family. I brought the partial order with me to show them i did not receved all of the order, when i showed them the MANAGER snatched the bag from me and kept it. I have worked in food service for 4 years and you are not supposed to take orders back into the drive thru window AT ALL especially during a pandemic. Id say not to order from here for your own safety.
