Mcdonald's

This was a really great spot to grab some quick food and do some work. The place was clean and McDonald’s fries are always good! I really want to shout out Chris. He was cleaning the place really well the whole time I was there. The place looked great. I appreciate everyone working there being friendly and working hard to keep the place nice.

All I wanted was a Shamrock shake. Do all McDonald's shake machines always go out at the same time? I checked at several around my area and none had a working machine.Take down/cover up things that are NOT available. This should include all the great big posters in the window advertising Shamrock shakes

Unfortunately this is the mcds right next door to where i live. I think i might have gotten my food within a reasonable time from here once, maybe. Always super slow. Tbh i have so many things to say about this location. If i ride there on a bike their lobby is almost always not opened yet when it should be or closed earlier then it should be so even though i show up during dining room hours i still get turned away. This is the ONLY local location that refuses to let me ride through drive through on my bike. I mean seriously, there's a law saying i can ride on roads in this county but nope, not mcds drive through cuz it's a "safety issue" as they have told me. Come on now. I attached a photo of a man on an electric wheelchair getting served his food in the drive through about an hour and half after they turned me down on my bike and were so rude about it the manager refused to even talk to me when i asked for one. They literally pretended like i wasn't even there. But hey, this guy going through is not a safety issue ig, right??!! What a joke of a business, for realz! I'm standing outside as I'm typing this at 7:30pm right after they told me the lobby is closed... it's supposed to be open until 8 but ok, ig that's cool. Refused by here once again, i won't even bother trying drive through again. Of course i emailed mcds about the drive up issue and sent them this same picture, voiced complaints, etc. Nothing. Not one word back. Nothing at all, just silence from the mcds people. This company used to be good, not even close anymore in my opinion. I think Google should consider either 0 stars or maybe even negative ones so i can rate this place even lower. Riding away now, still hungry, again....

I went here on my lunch, ordered food for my coworkers ( 3 sandwiches,3 fries, and 1 drink) and 1 of the burgers was literally thrown in a box (sauces and toppings flipped on the side, bun upside down) and the worst part, the.meat was still raw! We only got two fries and the person ignored me when I tried to get their attention multiple times. 0/10. Do NOT RECOMMEND

If I could rate 0, I would! This McDonalds is the absolute worst. Food is often times cold, tastes stale, thrown together sloppy! I have tried this location multiple times but ends up being a sloppy mess with rude employees. If you complain about the food or service the managers often times are useless. I will not frequent this location ever again and I will tell anyone and everyone about the horrible food and service
