I bought 2 packs of batteries and the signs said buy 1 get 1 50% off.After purchasing the batteries I noticed on the receipt that they did not honor the price. Spoke with the manager, Sunny and he stated that he does not have to honor the price. I went to work and came back to get a refund. The manager/owner began yelling at me that I lied to corporate about a receipt and he wasn't going to give me a refund. I insisted on a refund and he told me that he doesn't have to honor any price that is posted even if it is from corporate. He does not know the meaning of customer service. He then proceeds to tell me that he is going to call my work and complain about me. I will never go back and I'm going to make sure I tell everyone I know not to go there.

Not upset with employees they only follow policy, However, as a person with emphysema and only 40% lung function who always frequents your store, and out of necessity come in to make a purchase. Not knowing that mask are now required and even after explaining my condition was turned away. What was most supposing was the comment of the employee that everyone has conditions This was disrespectful especially since the employee has waited on me before for at least 50 times or more. This takes the word convenience out of the equation. When there are only two people in the store and the employee was oblivious to the customers until called and advised of our presence this was not pleasant to say the least. Respectfully,

I don't know how many times it takes to get the right food here.... But quit after three. I just wanted the 10 for 6.00 BBQ or red chilli seasoned... I really wanted the 2 mixed but the first thing he tried to make was some Buffalo wings... WRONG! 2nd time it was There standard BBQ wings... WRONG! 3rd time he gave me these boneless BBQ wings... WRONG! At this point I've waited over 10 min and am getting very hungry... So I just took the not so good boneless... So I went from being excited to try what the closing cashier told me about, sweet baby Ray's mixed with chili season to mad at incompetent A.M. cashier who can't even get a. Simple order right after 3 tries. I'm very upset...18.00 bucks... Could have spent 12 and hot wing house.
