Domino's Pizza

I had a very bad experience, the girl was giving me my cake order and she dropped it, she went to get me another one. After more than fifteen minutes and I could see many orders of the same cake coming out and packed for customers that are not present. I told the employee who was packing them just give me my order so I can leave, he responded all these are not yours, but within seconds he handed me a box and told me this is yours. When I got home and opened the box it turned out to be a chicken order not cake. I called them and told them about what happened, the blunt response was come back and we will give you another one. Very bad customer service and professionalism. I will not return to this place.

I frequent this Dominos quite a bit. At least 2 to 5 times a month. I've actually stopped getting take out pizza anywhere else. The app is simple and easy to use. Once I ordered at the wrong Dominos went to pick up and they made it for me there right away and didn't even charge me again. Jeff the manager is always great and greets me as soon as I walk in the door. I think he runs a pretty tight ship there. Always clean too. They have never gotten an order of mine incorrect but if they did I'm sure they would take care of it right away. I think the cooks must enjoy their jobs because they are always friendly and cheerful. Especially Nard. He also greets me everytime I walk in. I think he might live there because he's always there. Ha. He's also not stingy on parmesan or crushed red pepper. I always pick up because it's close by and I know it will be a pleasant visit. So thanks Jeff, Nard and Dominos. I will continue to be a frequent happy customer.

I don't even want to give them one star. The driver drove past our house we tried to stop them he kept going the pizza's been done for 45 minutes now this would be the second time they've come out to the house. They never called and said hey I'm your driver or anything. A phone call would have been nice

The location is great. The parking is kind of dark - some lights will really help. We ordered 3 medium; 2 vegetarian pizzas and sets of knobs with Marinara sauce. The cost was too much; so we cancelled the vegetarian pizzas. When we got there we saw the Manager's Special for $9.99. The manager after we explained what happened fix everything and gave us the extra pizza -- which was fixed on the spot-- for free. She explained to us that when you call the staff only tells you the national special NOT the local special. Please make sure when you call you always ask for the National and Local special. Thank you for ALL your help and prompt attention.

I went to the store to order a pizza for my kiddos and they said they wouldn’t accept my 100 dollar bill . The cashier said to me if you go to Wawa you’ll get change . I went to Wawa and got some gas once i come back they told me they won’t take my order anymore because they close at 12 it was 11:30 . Am a manger and at my store we serve everyone till closing store it really upset me I call the store and I order online am very empresa how my order went through but in person it did not because they close at 12 when I got there at 11:10 Poot service

Put in an online order a little after 11:30pm and 5 minutes later it said it was canceled so I called the store and they would pick up and hang up 2 times 3rd time the gentleman on the phone was rude and demeaning said he pulled his driver's off the road and I need to order elsewhere they charged my card for the food and tip . So pretty much I was charged 36 dollars to be insulted and left hungry so I guess I won't be ordering from Domino's for a long time.
