Mcdonald's

Just got my UberEats delivery and again my order is messed up. The people in store are not checking the order in correctly. Was supposed to come with a large shake and drink. They put cup holder in but no drinks. Big Mac was slopped together. Where did my fries go. I'm so disappointed. Store is making uber look bad. Employee should sign off on packing the bag so they can be retrained.

I don’t believe any of the restaurants stand out amongst each other, excepting the fact that the food is subpar. If you take a look at just simple cheeseburger 10 years ago was double the size of a cheeseburger you get today and the quality is not the same. The fries have lost whatever magic they had at one time and their dollar menu is a heart attack waiting to happen. What happened to the big Mac? There’s nothing big about it anymore it has totally lost the fame at once enjoyed as a very large tasty hamburger that has lost it to a taste of cardboard and it doesn’t matter which McDonald’s ya go to. Very unsafe food.

Ice cream machine always broke! You like Hot Fudge Sundays? Not a chance. Management must be killing it! No milk shake = No man hours used making it. Only evertime there is the shelf life of the food. Seems as though the business Motto at this location is to look unenthused and be rude in hopes that half of them won't come back. The owners of this franchise are either flagrantly wealthy and not concerned or way too passive for their hustle.

This is by far the WORST mcdonalds I go to. The staff don't care. The foods never made right. Its always cold (i live less then 5 minutes away there is no reason my food should be cold in the 2 to 3 minute ride home)Today I got to watch as the "Manager" Rebecca pulled my wrong order from the TRASH ( i knew it came from the trash because i ripped the bun and got the same one back) and had them add what was missing while she parked me then walked up to the window carrying my food and vape pen in the same hand smoking it while walking to hand me the "corrected" food and slamming the window in my face. No apology nothing said besides "here you go". There was one person behind me.
