Mcdonald's

Ordered hot Carmel mocha coffee. Had to repeat it several times. The cup I got Was NOT what I ordered!! So I parked and went in. Asked for the coffee I requested. Worker went and got me a new cup. It WAS NOT CARMEL MOCHA!! HOW HARD CAN IT BE ?? So I went to another McDonald's. And they were kind enough to fix me the correct coffee, even though it was not affiliated with the other store.

We came here and ordered 2 mcflurries, 1 sundae and some chocolate chip cookies. We received the ice cream right away and were asked to pull up and wait for the cookies. After waiting almost 15 mins I tried to go in the lobby to ask what was going on. Well I couldn’t because they have their lobby closed due to short staff. So I walked to the drive thru window and asked the guy what was taking so long. He completely ignored my question and just waved the next car forward as if trying to have him hit me and then said to me “mam you need to move out of the way”. Still no cookies. Still no answer. A few mins later a manager comes out and brings the cookies but no explanation of why it took 20 mins for 2 cookies!!! And then started yelling at us because we complained about his employee treating me rudely. I will never go back to this location!! Not only do they have slow service, they have rude employees!!

Ordered from Uber eats. The McDonalds however did not take time and care to pack my things correctly. Missing my hashbrown to go with my sandwich. Yes of course they will refund me, but I want a hashbrown with my sandwich, and now I won’t have it. What am I gonna do order 1 hashbrown and pay delivery fees all over? Get it together McDonalds! I tried to call and give feedback but since you don’t answer your phone 3 times, here we are at a google review.

I worked at McDonald's the spiel they are peddling is bs. McDonald's doesn't switch to breakfast until 4 am. Closing down a restaurant from 2-5am when it's "24/7" lol. Hire people who want to work please, I'm not able to make money if my deliveries keep getting cancelled. I'm wasting gas coming here. Turn off your uber and doordash orders if you aren't gonna fulfill them. I'm sure your owner doesn't appreciate this.
