Let Them Eat Cake

I wish that I did not live 1800 miles away so that I could shop here more often. I needed a birthday surprise for my daughter and Stephanie helped me out superbly! I haven't tasted the cupcakes, but my daughter assures me that they are delicious. Looking at the pictures, they definitely look delicious. I asked Stephanie to put me together a box of cupcakes that would put a smile on my daughter's face when she opened the box. She did a great job and I know that box of cupcakes would have put a smile on anybody's face. Quarantine is stressful for everybody and you know what makes that better? A good sugar fix. This is definitely a small business that deserves your support during these unusual times. Go get some cake!

I received these cupcakes from a family member, delivered to my home on my birthday. They went the extra mile to make sure I received them before the end of the day. The quality of these were excellent! I especially enjoyed the red velvet cupcakes, as you can see from the missing cupcake in the photo :)

From our amazing first tasting to the wonderful notes she left for us following our wedding, Stephanie was perfect. Despite one minor error (which she corrected immediately and efficiently), everything about our experience with her and Let Them Eat Cake was exemplary. I'd recommend her and her fantastic, varied (often eclectic-seeming) cupcakes to anyone. Thanks again!

A year ago today I got married to the man of my dreams!! Stephanie was apart of my journey getting married. She made a awesome cake and cupcakes!! Today I took out our wedding cake to try a little bit of it, and it blew my mind on how great it tasted!! Thank you so much for making our wedding cake!!!

EXPENSIVE! Wanted to make an order of Gluten Free cupcakes. They wanted to charge me almost $7 per cupcake! I have lived in/near several major metro cities, been ordering high-end gluten free dessert for years. I’ve never encountered a cupcake that expensive. They’re also very curt, as other commenters have noted...

Extremely arrogant and rude lady answering the phone and taking orders at this bakery. It’s as if she thinks, there are not other places in town to order great cake from. There are other great bakeries in Las Cruces to order cakes and who also care about losing business. If they continue to treat their customers poorly or new clientele and allow this lady to take orders and run their front desk, they will not have a business long term here and competition will take any business they do have.
