Sonic Drive-in

TWO shots!!! 1st time tots were hard & cold, burger was raw!!! PINKISH type raw!!! Went back & the next tots were greasy & SMELLED as well as tasted OLD!!! And the replacement burger was under cooked as well!!!! Save your money... Sonics USED to have REALLY spot on food!!! Yet NOT TODAY from my experience!

Love going to this sonic so I can get their dried out, half full cheese tots...oh yeah also like the great customer service that makes you feel like they just want you out of their drive thru when taking orders. Might want to review the performance of your employees. Someone definitely didn't want to be at work.

I had never had issues when I go. Today, however, the girl that was at the drive through was very awful. She didn't take my order over the speaker. Instead she went to me and took my order personally. When it came to handing me my order I was missing a drink. I brought it up to her attention and noticed she didn't place that drink in my order when I specifically told her when she took it. She then proceeded to argue with me trying to tell me it was my fault when she is the one that didnt take my order correctly and rudely closed the window in my face. That was the worse customer service I have ever experienced today!

Waited 20minutes for our order! Place was not busy at all. When we got our shakes one was opened spilled inside drink carrier and completely melted. Still didn't get completely order had to go thru drive thru to ask for rest and replace melted shake. Waited over 5 minutes for replacement then she made our shake and gave it to car hop then realized we where still waiting in the drive thru as she ran out to get it! Gave benefit of the doubt thought they were short staffed but we clearly saw over 5 employees so definitely unjustified.

During the past year (2021)Sonic has been a bright spot with their tasty Burgers and delicious breakfast croissants. I took advantage of their happy hour for their delicious drinks. I just love their coffee. (Mar 2022. Sonic has been consistent in their service and tasty food. Went last night at 7:30, they were jam packed with 9 cars in the drive-thru at least 6 in the stalls with only 3 people working and they still delivered great tasting food.

Crew lead took our order, he was unprofessional and rude. We waited 10 minutes for our food while sitting at the window. We saw an order brought up and sit on the counter while he literally took the two cars behind us their food. He then came in and gave us the food that had been sitting on the counter. There was enough relish on the hot dog for three hot dogs. Horribly disappointed

The reason I put two stars is cause some of the staff are sweet and polite and don't deserve bashing.... However the management of every sonic in Las Cruces has been unbelievable... These people need to get a grip already. I've had many unpleasant meals from all locations, burnt or old food that's sat out and taste like garbage... I've even had a car hopper dump a milkshake all over the side of my car, mind you I drive a very expensive vehicle and that shake got all inside the window/doorframe and I had to take my car in to check for mechanical damage.!!!!!! Just please.!!!! Get some better staff and replace the management in these Las Cruces locations. By the way, the wait times are through the roof.! Even when it's not busy, it takes 15 mins for them to take my order. Then another 15 to 20 mins to get the food.. which comes out all burnt, cold, or old... Sonic use to be so great, I loved eating with my children here .. please bring back the sonic that cared about what they presented.
