Ihop

First of all I like the cleanliness of the restaurant. Secondly, the wait staff are friendly, courteous and informed about the dishes the restaurant serves so that if someone has a question about the food they can answer correctly. The noise level is pleasant so groups can visit easily. They have a full menu with good variety to choose from; breakfast, lunch and dinner items are on the menu. They have specialty items to keep the menu fresh once in awhile which I think is a bonus. Overall, IHOP is a good bet for having an enjoyable meal.

Great food and great service are what you except, and is what you have always gotten... However, the food has gone downhill. I got cold mushrooms with my surloin tip order, my wife got half raw waffles with her chicken and waffles, the side of hash browns was burnt and my son got chocolate chip pancakes instead of his chocolate chocolate chip pancakes. Once this was brought to the attention of the staff we were still given a bill of $45.76 with no adjustment. I didn't ask for another plate of anything, just to make them aware, but some reduction of my bill should have been done without asking, the manager stopped by once he was aware and still nothing was adjusted. This is absolutely disappointing.
