Domino's Pizza

I placed an order on February 4 first off I never received the pizza second get a call from the delivery driver Dustin Thomas and he starts yelling at me because He can’t find the house the driver tells me when I asked him to listen he hangs the phone up on me so I call Domino’s back asked to speak to the manager the managers name is Leo he gets on the phone and tells me what do you want me to do about it then I ask him for the number for corporate and a store number and he tells me that’s personal that’s private I can’t give it to you so I feel that I will never do business with dominoes again because I wasn’t treated with respect when I was buying your product also we talked to Amber and no one could help us. They were the rudest people I’ve ever talk to for customer service and like I said I will never go back to dominoes again. I also asked for a refund and I was told when we have time we’ll get to it.”

Nice people work here! My boyfriend went in and ordered, then went inside later to pick up our pizza. I had to go in and get hot sauce because he forgot to. Unfortunately, they didn't have any salt packets to give me. There's also a drive thru here, so if you order ahead, you don't have to go in at all, you can just pick up at the drive thru window. The pizza we got was really good!

Rude employees I loved dominos for years. Every Friday I order pizzas for 6 people. I was given a wrong order and I called to get it fixed and wow they were rude. Guess they don't need loyal customers. Never got the order fixed either. I worked there for years during college and loved it and have been loyal to the brand now I will be going to places that cost more because of bad employees.
