Dunkin'

This place is constantly inconsistent. If you order your favorite coffee you may or may not get it. If you go in to complain or ask for it to be re-made the employees treat you like trash and don't even apologize for the inconvenience. I love DD and even worked there during college but this location is 4/10 generously. I don't know who's running it or who is in charge but they need to go through some form of disciplinary action via DD corporate. When I worked there we had to follow measurements and customer service standards and this location has apparently never heard of either. If I could leave a negative star review I would. I will be "Dunkin" my credit card at a different coffee shop from here on out.

Every time I pick up my pre order, if it's me or my wife we stand there at least 10 min at the pick up line. Well these ladys just stuff there face an acknowledge that I'm there but don't say a dame word...like hello I'll be with you in sec. Nothing like that. Until finally someone with sees me am helps me. Just the worst customer service ever...never fails. I know one thing though this establishment will not be getting my hard earned money. I see why they have low rating...good job management keep up the good training!!!

No offense meant to the very young staffers that were running the place, evidently without an actual manager around, but it was really bad. Three kids can't be expected to run a franchise. But, there was nothing available but this: Stale donuts, still ice cold, (leftover heart shapes) from three days before. Almost nothing in stock, including the "Specialty Drinks" displayed all over the drive-thru. And the dining room was closed, probably due to skeleton shift. We got two house coffees and two stale donuts with a side of disappointment.

Not safe if you have allergies. Don't trust their staff's knowledge of ingredients. I was lied to. I am breastfeeding premature newborns with a cows milk allergy. I mentioned this three times and questioned all ingredients in the mocha cold brew with coconut milk substitute for the foam. After being told this drink is safe I drank half of it to realize it has mocha swirl which also has cows milk in it.
