Papa Johns Pizza

I called the curbside service phone number when I arrived. I hit the option 2 button. It said my pizza was ready so I wrongfully assumed someone would bring it out. It said it was ready for 15 minutes. I walked in but didn’t have a mask, the staff immediately told me to leave because I didn’t have a mask… which is why I called the curbside service number to begin with. I tried to explain I have been calling for like 20 minutes but they weren’t listening. You either do curbside or you don’t. Be nice, be a human and be decent enough and at least let me speak and tell you why I walked in maskless. Be better.

Have had carry out before, but recently had delivery on two pizzas. Both right and delicious. 😃 Very fast delivery. I had no internet so I called it in. Main office had computer problem, suggested I call store, apologised. I did, polite, caring guy answered. I asked to have tip added to credit card total, but when my statement arrived, no tip was billed !!! I'm horrified !!! 😱Poor girl, nice, polite, friendly, and quick delivery, got stiffed, not my fault !!! Hope I can get a tip to her somehow. Hope she still works there and delivers mine again, so I can tip her in person. I usually don't keep cash around my home. Hope she didn't think I was a jerk. Didn't know until almost a month later when cc statement arrived. 😭 for her.

On Friday night my wife and I went to this place and ordered our food and was told that it would take 20 to 30 minutes so we finished some other shopping at other stores and came back. When we got back the manager Mattew told us that if weren't going to order the we had to leave. I advise him that we ordered and are waiting for our order. He then proceeded to yell at my wife and I to leave if we weren't going to order. I then yelled back at him that

I love Papa John's Pizza, but just ordered a small pie with onions and other ingredients. There was literally about 4 slices of onion on the pizza (if that). It was really disappointing. So I called to let them know I wasn't happy and was told this was portion control for a small pie. The person I spoke to wasn't sympathetic to my disappointment at all and just kept repeating that it was small pie so no real onion put on it (their idea of 'portion control'). I did pay for that onion and I feel Papa John's has a lot of nerve to skimp on an ingredient to that degree. I've never been to Road Runner Pizza, but rest assured, that is where I will go from now on. Hopefully, they treat their customers better.

It's easier to order on line as they never answer the phone. The deliver service was fast and the driving practiced safe distance. The knots were almost burnt those lessening their enjoyment. The pizza was ok, we ordered with extra pepperoni but are pretty sure it didn't have it. We are not from the area and picked the closest pizza place. I'm sure papa John's is usually better then this.
