Domino's Pizza

I ordered a pizza online and picked it up at 11:40 p.m. on 6-29-22. The person at the window was very pleasant. I received my pizza and gave him a tip. I got home and had a piece it was dry and had no taste it tasted like it was old. I realize it was late and right before they closed but is no excuse to serve a pizza in that condition.

I usually order on the Reg and 8 out of 10 times they get the order right However the service has gone down I ordered a large thin Crust pizza 3 toppings and extra sauce pizza toppings were right but barley had any sauce really dry they were nice enough to give me a credit. Little did I think to check my wings I ordered it was the right amount but wow these are micro wings $8 for hardley any chicken is unreal.

Tried ordering a pizza over the phone for delivery told the person who answered I would be paying CASH, after I ordered after I placed the order the oerson again asked how I was paying and I said CASH, he then wanted a credit card number,when I asked why when I was paying cash, he would not say. Since when did domino's stop taking cash payments

I placed an order and realized I didn't have the correct change so I headed over to pic quick for change. When I got back driver had left and apparently there was a misunderstanding with my mother in law. Long story short my mother in law tried to pay with change driver didn't accept and left etc. I had to go to the store and approached the counter. The person attending me was unfortunately the driver. I proceeded to let him know my concerns and he felt the need to act like the most perfect person and didn't accept any responsibility for what had occurred. I immediately asked for management and met the manager. He immediately offered me the pizza I had order said it was on the store he took the time to hear my concerns. I order very often from thins store and always tip my drivers. Ive never had a bad experience. But the manager definitely has training the drivers not so much but we can't blame them who knows what they go through. Big shout out to the manager it is very well appreciated made it a good experience, thank you!
