Wendy's

I am in town for one night and I hadn't had Wendy's in a long time. I ordered the single combo and a small frosty to go. I was told there was nothing other than vanilla. I got in my car to leave , I tasted a fry and it was cold. I should have went back in and complained., but I really wanted the burger. When I got back to my motel room. It was cold. The order came out fast and I figured good service. It was only fast, because all they did was put toppings on a cold burger and served up cold fries. I was bitterly disappointed

Very helpful staff. I placed a mobile order in the parking lot assuming the location would be this store, Wendy's defaulted to a store 50 miles away. Thankfully the manager was able to get me my burger!! Thanks!! By the way: be very careful about the pickup location when placing orders on the app. It's impossible to cancel or modify orders once placed.

We spent over $35 the fries were not edible cold & greasy the frosty was foam. We were the only customers & had to wait for a long time. I guess it would have been worth it if the fries were at least hot. Ordered a large strawberry lemonade got a medium & to remedy the situation they just poured it into a large cup no strawberries in sight. Wow worst Wendy's I've ever been to.

They constantly get the order's wrong. Constantly. Worse part is that they never give you a receipt even when you ask for one and when you want to change your order you need to show the receipt but guess what they never give you a receipt. Never go to this Wendy's ever. If you do go, make sure to check your food every time they bring it to you.

So i go to the drive thru. Order 2 hamburgers and a chicken sandwich. Waited 15 minutes after paying with no one behind me. Worst yet they got the order wrong, and the person who brought it out just handed it to me like they were too busy to even be bothered as they rushed back inside. Not sure whats going on, but they need new management! Or just close down already
