Sonic Drive-in

Drove up, pushed the red button to order... nothing. Another car pulled up and immediately began ordering. Tried again pushed the button nothing... moved to another order spot, maybe the one I was using was broken.. nope, same thing. If they can't figure out how to operate their intercom I doubt they know how to get the order right. I left.

Worse experience ever and this isn't even the first time so I pressed the button and waited 15 mins and no one answered me I moved to another stall pressed the button and again no answer keep in mind it was totally empty just me and another person so I called them thru phone to complain and they were really rude then the screen said my order was on the way but no one came till like legit 20 mins and to top it off they had my order wrong. Never again coming to this sonic

Ever since women have started working here this location has gone down hill it’s a full woman team and they all are trash. I sat in one of the car hop stalls for over 40 minutes and decided to leave I pressed the read button over and over every 10 minutes during my 3rd press I heard a girl answer over the microphone but she had only said “oh my god” before muting her microphone again. Absolutely worse experience here don’t recommend for anyone not to mention I know some of the girls who work here because most of them are teens. Some of them have posted online on Instagram videos of themselves recording other co workers throwing the food on the ground like hot dog sausages and bread before grilling them or boiling them this team is disgusting. I do not recommend because if not only poor service but food health concerns. Never again. This team needs to be re adjusted , retrained or fired simple as that.

Placed an order, paid for my order. After 20 minutes my drink still hadn’t come out so I pressed the button to ask how much longer it was going to be, they claim that the order isn’t in their system but that they’re happy to ring me up again. I told him that I wasn’t going to pay for it a second time and that I had mobile banking showing the payment, can he send out a manager and I’ll show them on my phone. He doubled down, saying that the order wasn’t in their system and that I’d have to pay for it. This location is happy to steal your money and not give you what you’ve paid for. Thank god I used a credit card, I’ll be calling my bank to reverse the charge. Never use this location if you expect to get goods for your money.

We have always had negative experiences with the food here at the Solano location so we typically just order drinks. It's been over a year since we've ordered food, but today we were on crunch with time so we took a chance with the food. Unfortunately we were dissatisfied yet again. The burgers were smashed down and they forgot toppings that we paid extra for i.e. bacon in addition to our condiments/veggies we added to the order i.e. ketchup, mayo, lettuce, onions. Also, the tots were cold and the fries were soggy. This whole transaction felt like a waste of time, gas, and $30.

Worked there for 3 days used to be an Assistant GM at a sonic in Houston. Was offered a "manager position" here diffrent company so whatever I get it. Didn't show back up after the 3rd day. Been working for sonic longer than anyone there besides the GM and a cook. And was byfar the worst sonic I had worked for. Poor sanitation, cramped space, old and or broken equipment, nasty ice cream. And my "manager position" turned into a glorified car hop position. 10/10 don't recommend.
