I didn't even get to view the homes because of how horrible the customer service was. My fiance and I decided to stop at a few places to look at homes and when we stopped here, we didn't even get more than 2 feet into the office before a man came out and asked how he could help us. We said we were looking for a double wide with a farm house feel to it and he started laughing and said, "What are you talking about farm house? What are you talking about double wide? Do you even have an appointment?" We had no idea you had to make an appointment first of all, secondly the other three places we went to asked if we had an appointment and when we said no they were still polite and showed us homes. I figured Solitaire would be the same way considering they literally had no customers there. After we said no, he said that there were much other places that we could look at that had cheaper homes because his started at $90k and his price per sqft was $49-$56. I felt like he was discriminating against us just because we look young. He told us we could either make an appointment or go home and look online. We're not from that area, we live about 40 minutes away so making an appointment for another day just didn't seem like a good option. We told him we would look online but honestly with the way he treated us, we will gladly take our business to one of the other places that treated us with respect. Honestly go to New Start or Oakwood! They were both so helpful and were very friendly.

if i could, i would give -5 Stars. My Fiance and I went to stop by to look at the homes and as soon as we walked in the guy stopped us and asked how he can help up. Told him we wanted to look at them and were interested in purchasing. Very rudely asking us, "what is your budget? The cheaper homes are in the back". Mind you.... i had no makeup on, just wearing jeans and a T shirt and my Fiance wearing the same thing.... seems like he was just judging our appearance. He did show us two homes(still not knowing our budget). Didn't tell him our budget just to see how he would treat us. And it was Poorly. We actually had enough money in cash to buy two homes but we decided to look some where else because he was so Rude. I suggest on looking else where!! Go to OakWood Homes, they're right across from them and they are the best!!!

My fiancé and I stopped by Solitaire Homes just wanting to look around, when we walked into the office the associate Henry asked how he could help us, when my fiancé told him we just wanted to look at the two homes in front he immediately asked if we had a budget because those homes would cost around $137,000. We then let him know that we just wanted to look at the homes because we pass by them everyday and were curious to see the inside, he said if we serious about buying that we could make an appointment and another sales person could show us around or he could just give us the key and we could go look around ourselves, he then added that we shouldn't look at something that was "out of our budget", but we NEVER told him our "budget", numbers were never mentioned. I felt like Henry completely judged me and my fiancé because of what we were wearing that day (me with sweats and no make up, my fiancé in sweats and a baseball cap). I felt very judged and I know for a fact I will NEVER return to Solitaire Homes, Henry should have a better attitude towards what could be a potential customer, he'd probably be surprised if he knew our occupations maybe then he wouldn't assumed the homes were "out of our budget".

Absolute worst place to not only do business but to be an employee. The people who work in the office are not only disrespectful but an absolute joke when it some to customer service. Melissa is one of the most unprofessional rude women we have ever come across. Our family member worked there and they do not treat good employees any better. My suggestion to management is to get a your employees a lesson in not only customer service but professionalism.. Not to mention to treat people like human beings..

We purchased a Solitaire Home a couple of years ago. Our refrigerator went out, hot water heater, air conditioner... Still having issues with the AC after purchasing a brand new unit, there is a problem with connection or the cooling coil. The water heater went out and the ac exploded right after the warranty on the house expired. Called them on the phone, they could careless about the issues with the home.
