If you’re staying at the Venetian, checking out this bakery will become part of your routine. Loved the coffees, and loved the pastries.

Bouchan originated in Napa Valley and serves amazing French dishes. Menu looked great, but went here for lunch and ended up getting Corque Madame. My other option was Salade de Salmon, but the server convinced me to get the Croque.
Usually Croques are heavy, salty, and a grease bomb however necessary when you need comfort food. I will say that this dish was very elevated and properly seasoned (not overly salty, cheesy, and greasy). It was light, filling, and delicious. The truffle fries were also on point, crisp, light, airy, and no grease.
My only complaint was the 24 dollar beer….. but I knew it was going to be expensive when I went. I’d go again for sure especially if they can make such a common dish so well. The rest of the menu must be just as good.

This place was so good that after our first visit, we canceled future dinner plans to come back!!! Brandon is a ROCK STAR and took such amazing care of us and gave great recommendations. Both meals were SPECTACULAR. My husband is OBSESSED with the bread...lol. Oysters were so fresh and had great accompaniments. The escargot was so tender and full of the buttery garlic you would expect. Brandon gave a great recommendation to dip the bread in the left over butter...and he wasn't wrong...lol. Deviled eggs are the best I ever ate! The signature chicken dish was nice but the beef bourgignon was amazing. We tried the parisienne gnocchi on our 2nd visit and was pleasantly surprised by how light it was. The trout was the most delicate and perfect piece of fish I've had the pleasure of enjoying. We enjoyed the signature bouchon brownies for dessert...they will forever alter the way I judge a brownie...so so so good. Mario took care of us on our 2nd visit and also took excellent care of us. This will 100% be a must stop every time we are in Vegas!

My husband and I came to Bouchon Sunday for brunch before leaving Las Vegas. The bread and butter was so good. We ordered almonds croissant and cheese danish. It’s the best cheese danish I ever have. My husband had traditional American breakfast. The benedith crab was amazing, so many jumbo lumb crab. Definitely worth the price. Service was amazing.

Bouchon at The Venetian exceeded all expectations. The culinary experience was extraordinary, with each dish showcasing impeccable flavors. The restaurant’s setting allowed for a charming view, elevating the dining atmosphere. The staff was exceptionally courteous, contributing to the overall warmth of the place. Bouchon at The Venetian is not just a restaurant; it’s a beautiful culinary journey. I highly recommend it for those looking to savor exquisite food in a delightful and well-crafted environment.

The escargot was perfect! Not over cooked and rubbery! Each piece covered with puffed pastry! The chicken was tasty, but would have been better with the sauce but my youngest was allergic to one of the ingredients. The king crab was some the best I’ve ever had. Unfortunately, I was confused by the sign. I thought it was $50, but it was 150! Still tasty though! My husband had the croquet Madame, and it was one of the best he’s ever had.

To start off. The service was impeccable. Chris at the bar was constantly checking in and everyone at the bar stayed on top of our orders. Everything from the escargot to the wagyu steak, and the macaroons for dessert… All so delicious!

We came here on a Sunday for brunch. The place is bright and open. It’s a french restaurant so the croissant and the bread was excellent. I had the crab Benedict and it was absolutely amazing! The muffin is house made and it was the best english muffin I’ve ever had with an eggs Benedict. Sadelles at the Bellagio was my favorite prior to this visit but I have to say this is top notch. The restaurant is a bit hidden on the second floor where the pool area is at the Venetian. It’s not on restaurants row. The service was also top notch! My husband had the American breakfast and he seemed to love that as well. I had the creme brûlée for dessert and it was delicious. The right amount of cream and sweetness. The cocktails were also great! I would definitely dine here again for brunch.

A pure delight, and a "must" now for whenever we are in Las Vegas. Either secure your perfect time (and outdoor seating?) with a reservation several days in advance, or know it is worth waiting (try the bar in the meantime). Furthermore, count yourself blessed if you get to work with Jerry or Amanda, as they took care of us in that wonderful, expert, and thoughtful way that reminded my wife and I that Thomas Keller excels in his standards and training of a great team (in and out of the kitchen) in addition to his world-defining creations.
Yuri, our hostess, was fantastic and so helpful (especially on a beautiful (slammed) Saturday morning brunch).
Jerry swept in after her and made us feel at home in the way a well-run French restaurant does so well. He also made an excellent suggestion for our mimosas, and helped us dial in a brunch order that would have us reminiscing the meal for days to follow.
Amanda swept in and took care of business, and was friendly and helpful all along the way. She personified a wonderful member of a great team (and we hope she and her husband get to a US concert soon).
We had the Ad Hoc Chicken, the Crab Cake Benedict, started with a small seafood tower, and sipped mimosas throughout, and finished with coffee ... and it was all perfect. The slight spice in the cole slaw added a nice kick. The crab cake was sublime. The seafood tower was constructed with care and freshness. The choice of champagne with the orange juice was perfect and light (and even better with pineapple juice), and the coffee settled us into a bed of relaxation, satiation, and a mellow rest of the day.
There are very few places in Las Vegas my wife and I list as worth making every the effort to visit (even if the only time you have is a layover). Bouchon, in the Venetian, is one of those places.

Brandon provided excellent service! We had dinner and the food was outstanding. The wine and cocktails that accompanied elevated the meal even further. The atmosphere was bright and relaxed. We’ll definitely be back to see what the hype is about brunch.
