I had the kabobs and my husband a sandwich. The kabob & fries were awesome! Meat was tender. Fries were super flavorful. Staff was friendly. Location was great for eating and watching entertainment on stage. I took my food pic after eating one of the kabobs.

OMG!!! Service and food was amazing. Ribs, chicken elote tacos, grilled elote, and delish truffle bacon Mac n’ cheese! Will definitely be back!

BBQ chicken tacos were amazing .. far better than the tacos we had at a different eatery the day before. Our hostess, Tesha, was amazing. Very hospitable and informative. She even gave us tips on what attracts to vision while staying on the strip. Overall it was a great experience and we will be back for more tacos.

It's was better then I thought the beans was ok could've used a little more seasoning. The home chips was ok they didn't have any salt to me. The chicken burger was delicious different and very good. Ohh and its definitely not good for leftovers tried it was a no go. All in all I'd try something else and come back.

Amazing amazing people and amazing food got the garbage bowl and tacos !! Then found out they had churros before we left so good me and my girlfriend said we coming back the same night to try some of the other food the brisket tacos where so good the brisket was cooked perfectly! They open till 2am on the weekends !! Who would complain about BBQ till 2am !!!

Tesha I can't thank you enough for being such a bad influence in a such a great way!!!! The food is AMAZING!!!! The brisket is by far THE BEST!! A must stop spot on the Fremont Strip. Great customer service and Tesha is so funny and sweet! Try the Garbage Bowl!!!! You won't regret it! Came for lunch and plan on coming back tonight for a late night dinner!

The fried zucchini (not pictured) is AMAZING! Truffle and crispy bacon Mac n cheese was so good!! All the flavors paired perfectly with each other. Garbage bowl is literally huge!!! If you wanna try a few different things at once this is perfect for you. Tasted AWESOME!!! Will definitely be coming back here and definitely recommend to others

This was our first time in vegas. We were walking down Fremont street and Tesha reeled us in to eat some Project BBQ and lemme tell you coming from a southern state this was some of the best BBQ we have had!!! We got the garbage bowl and the brisket tacos. 100% recommend!!!

Man o man, I am vegan so my review may not hold too much weight but the side that I had, which was cucumber and onions and then the coleslaw was absolutely amazing. I loved it a lot. The atmosphere was great and and a place i wil go back too

Awesome location! Great atmosphere with great food. Very helpful staff & very tasteful food. Only issue I had was that one or two dishes had a little to much sauce for my liking. Other than that the family loved it ! I like to taste the flavors in the food without to much sauce! But I would definitely recommend this place! Great location for the live band and etc.
