Rise And Shine

Okay, I’ve been to the Southern Highlands location a couple times and I feel the food (especially the steak) was prepared a little better and protein portions seemed larger there, but overall this restaurant chain is really good. Today’s review is specifically to acknowledge our super fun server, Max, who was cool enough to allow me and my family to give him a few different exotic nicknames and then of course put up with our particular food needs and photo taking requests. I recommend the restaurant overall for breakfast, but if you’re coming to this Flamingo/Grand Canyon location, def request server “Max”. 👍🏼

I haven't eaten here in a few years because of so-so food. Today, Rise & Shine has redeemed themselves! My breakfast was actually very tasty this time - nothing spectacular, but very tasty and filling. The portions were large, the waffle was soft and fluffy, and the chicken was crispy, not overly battered, lightly seasoned, and covered the entire waffle. Perfect meal for a mild hang-over. I was pleasantly surprised.

This was our first time at Rise &Shine and the food was delicious and the customer service was great. My husband had a steak burrito. It was big,the length of the plate and stuffed with steak. I had the best corn beef hash and eggs. The Bread in a cup is a must try! It's a sweet bread not overly sweet with a delicious dipping sauce. I highly recommend this restaurant and we will definitely be back again to try out other menu items.

Went to Rise & Shine today to meet friends for brunch/lunch. Very busy, but less than a 10 minute wait for 11am seating. The food was great. Especially the cup o'bread. I would've given 5 stars but I asked for avocado on my omelet and it didn't come with any. The service was good too. I've been here many times before and don't remember blaring music but today it was present. For a breakfast/brunch place a chill vibe would be preferable. Overall, I do really like this restaurant and recommend it.

Located on the northeast corner of W Flamingo Road and S Grand Canyon Drive within the Grand Flamingo Centre Shopping Mall. Rise & Shine has the best breakfast in the area, hands down !! To continue with the breakfast vibe, the staff wears pajamas, how cool is that. There's about five pages of food options on the menu so you shouldn't have a problem finding something for you. Regardless of what you pick, you must try the cup-o-bread, especially when it's still warm... man, so delicious. In addition to food, they also serve freshly squeezed and pressed juice as well as smoothies. Lavazza's what brewed at Rise & Shine. I drink my coffee black, nothing added, and I'll say, it's pretty strong. Good, but strong. During my latest visit I went with, THE ULTIMATE Ribeye Steak & Egg Breakfast with my eggs scrambled. What are you going to get? Lastly, make sure you stop in to Rise & Shine when you're in Vegas, you won't be disappointed!

First time back to this place after many years. Bruce our top-notch server takes care of us to the fullest in every part of our breakfast experience, from refreshing our coffee cups, recommending The freshly made carrot and green apple juice were superb. Then our perfectly made ribeye steak was so tender and tasty making my tummy extra happy. I will be back here soon. Thank you, Bruce :)

This place was fantastic! We had the French toast as well as a bagel sandwich. The French toast was crispy on the outside, perfectly sweet inside, and it was served with a delicious warm, maple syrup. The bagel sandwich was enormous and delicious as well. We were equally pleased with the level of service, as our waitress was beyond friendly. OK finally, orange juice, taste it as if it was fresh squeezed! I might go back tomorrow!
