The Broiler

My son and I went here on thanksgiving day for dinner. It’s inside Boulder station and they modernized the casino and all the restaurants. It’s very nice , clean, and everyone seemed like they enjoyed there job. We had ribeye steaks that were cook perfectly and taste delicious also the Mac and cheese was awesome. Thank you Definitely we will be back.

We heard about the AYCE snow crab for $39 and decided to give it a try. As soon as we walked in, we got an old school vibe from the room and it's decor. When we sat down, we noticed that everybody around us was having crab. (part of me thought crab deal wasn't true.. LOL) The wife really loves crab legs but some of the buffets that offer them are over $100. Needless to say, she was a very happy girl.. The service was good. Both the server and the busser were very nice. The crab was great, served with melted butter choice of a side. I had the creamed spinach which was a little bit salty but so good. And she had the baked potato which she loved. The manager Rob was very friendly and cordial. We will definitely be back again.

For appetizers, we had the sizzling shrimp and chicken dip that were delicious. Dinner was the full rack of ribs and seafood pasta. The ribs were very good. The pasta had a bit of a grainy feel to the sauce but it was good. Loved the rolls. If you get the baked yam as a side, the cinnamon butter is amazing! Great server. Very friendly and attentive staff from front to back of house. It's always a very nice treat to eat here. The atmosphere is clean and quiet. Great place to celebrate a special occasion!

They were out of the wine I requested, but our server, Carlos, suggested another wine in the same price range and it was pretty good. We ordered the Oysters Rockefeller - wish I had ordered 2, they were very delicious. Meals were also good , wait staff very attentive and knowledgeable. Don't know if I will be in Vegas again, but I would recommend getting Oysters Rockefeller here...husband and I both really enjoyed. Very impressed when hostess asked if there were any food allergies...that's important and seldom does any restaurant ask.

My family celebrated with The Boiler and we had an awesome experience. Jude was our server and she did an amazing job. Management was so attentive and professional. They took this family photo for us! The food was delicious and the menu was health conscientious. I can’t say enough about our time we all had at The Boiler steak and seafood. Great Job!

Had dinner with four mates. Food was amazing, portions were generous, and the staff were incredible. I had the king cut prime rib, which was tender and flavorful. Not pictured here, but their steakhouse salad is huge and super tasty, while the crème brûlèe was a great way to end the meal on a savory sweet note. I highly recommend this place for a great experience, reasonable pricing, and stellar service. We were also able to walk in with no wait and enjoy our meal. We will be back the next time we are in Vegas!

Surf and turf was excellent !!! cooked to perfection like always @ the broiler 👍but the mashed potatoes with garlic are without a doubt absolutely delicious and with the Louis salad on the side it can not be beat !!! but it all started with an amazing appetizer that was definitely worth trying “the oysters Rockefeller” was beyond expectations omg 😱They were great looking forward to having them again on my next visit and let me end this Review with a big thank you to the host/ hostess and waiter’s they are so friendly and attentive & classy 👌
