Great food great staff!!! The food was FRESH very pleasing and the 2 girls at the register were friendly! They greeted us right away. The reason I give atmosphere a 3 is because the location is very small. It could use a remodel.

I don't know why the universe was against me 4am in the morning. As I was out looking for alate night snack, I attempted five different so-called "24-hour drive-thrus." I went to two other jitb locations on Tropicana, as well as two McDonald's locations. All 24 drive-thrus, all closed. So I had been driving around for almost 30 minutes at this point. Decided to go to this location as a last option. The cashier was very polite and the food was good. His service was fast and efficient, plus i got the taco sauce i forgot to ask for. It was a great trip to this jitb. Will be back

Food great as always but the restaurant wasn't open inside. It was early in the evening not late night. This is the 2nd Jack in the Box we went to in Las Vegas that wasn't open inside. Frustrating when you want to eat in and use the bathroom and you can't!!! The drive thru guy was really nice, friendly and efficient though. I hate to have to eat in the car then drive somewhere else to use the bathroom!! Get it together Jack and hire more people!!!

Michael at the Spring Mt. location gave excellent service went above and beyond! He made sure we could use our coupons and when they were out of something gave a substitute instead of just saying we don’t have that. Much appreciated Michael I hope we get you again! :)

I went with a friend and we wanted to dine in but was closed already I think it was because of the holiday. The cashier at the drive through he was very nice. Gave us great and fast service . He was alone. I think? For him, Congrats 👏!!!

Quick food. Jack in the Box was first opened up in San Diego California around 70 years ago. They started as a drive in restaurant by the name of Oscar's drive in restaurant. Roller skating and cool cars and poodle skirts. Just before the 1960's and the Rock and roll and the Love generation. Turn on tune in the acid generation and acid rock. Jack in the Box was first opened up in San Diego and it's still rocking. The tacos are the same, terrible and greasy. Great drunk food, but I haven't drank alcohol in 31 years, yeah
