I parked here and walked over to the new casino. I did eat at JB's and I asked permission to leave my car. The manager was very accommodating. I would recommend this restaurant if only because the manager was so nice.

Reagan helped me the last couple times I have come through the drive thru. Sometimes it’s hit or miss with the freshness, but every time she has helped me or been I believe manager in charge my food is always fresh. I appreciate the fresh food Reagan and the cook on shift. Thank you

I just want to apologize to the Drive thru employee for the other day. BTW, I do love the service and the food at this location. However, either the microphone or speaker or even me wasn't working very well and I believe I offended the woman. I'm sure I had already answered the question she asked and when I answered it again, nicely, that i had already answered .. let's just say she was not talking to me after that. No, do you want your receipt? Or, Have a nice day... She simply silently handed me my large number 3 with curly fries and I drove off. To her, who has always been kind and professional, I sincerely apologize.

Starting to think this is the best Jack in the city. I've gone a multitude of times over the last 6 months and have only received the hottest and freshest of what Jack has to offer. On top of that, they always make sure you have your sauce and napkins. Morning, noon, and night, everyone here is incredible. I think the only person to ever give me a probably was one of the old ladies but that's not so bad. Amazing.

Come here frequently, and the morning food is always fresh and hot, perfect for the cold mornings. The morning crew is always fast and gets every order correct. I'm definitely going to continue coming here.
