Denny's

Yes I gotta say I've never had a bad meal at this particular Denny's location. The food comes out reasonably fast. The service is pleasant and professional. It's got an affordable menu. The food, oh yeah the food, it's always good.😎👍🍾 If you're in the mood for great American comfort food you found your spot.

First let me say that I'm not a big saint of going to Denny's in a casino but I have to say I've been to this Denny's in the past and wasn't real pleased but this time, although there we're only two people working, the manager and one waitress, they did quite well and handling a large number of people that were in there. The food was quite good and again I must add the service was superb considering. So if you're going to eat at the fiesta Casino I recommend Denny's.

We had a bad experience, they need more servers & busses as well as another host. There was only 2 servers & 2 busses. They need a staff of 10 at least. People was waiting just to be seated & to make a payment. The host was running back & forth to the back. The host should never have to leave the podium. We waited about 20 minutes just to order & 30 minutes just for a grand slam. The manager took our order & a server on the opposite side assisted our table. That server was awesome but everyone else around just walked pass.

The corporate of this company need a to get involved at this location. I made an order and paid for it online. I went to pick the order up and had to wait about 20 minutes just to get service. The staff is friendly but there was only two of them for the entire restaurant. There was a African American male and a Hispanic female working really hard but they needed help. I watched 8 people leave behind me because they were tired of waiting. I stayed because I had already paid for my food. The workers are good, but they need help!!! You should have at least 4 to 5 servers working at any given time due to the size of the restaurant. Corporate give your people some help, hire some people!

Service is really slow. Got here with a party expecting us and host took 25 min to attend us and let us know where to sit. Waited 30 min to get our order and I was thirsty af. While she was serving the food of others we had to ask her to taler our order . Didn't end up eating here. Sucks. Denny's sucks in general. Bland food. Poor service.

Every time I go in here the service is SO SLOW! The last straw was when I ordered food through Grubhub and I didn’t get everything I ordered. I paid over $25 to only receive a club sandwich and some rotting fruit. 1 star dining experience for a 5 star price. If you value your time and money. Don’t eat at this Denny’s.

I have been in the restaurant business for most of my adult life , and this particular location ( inside the fiesta) is obviously a tax write off for corporate. It's almost like a front for something else. Like the to attend to their customers is to be done in their spare time . I watched 6 yes 6 tables get up and just walk out do to lack of service . I would like to believe if anyone in corporate would find the time to come to this location and just be a bystander for a shift and see the flow ( or lack there of ) operation it unbelievable. Management is nonexistant , there are 1 or 2 wait staff working way too hard while the rest mingle with friends or just gossip amongst themselves. So I would say it's safe to assume that anyone with passion for service or has any skill at all in their field becomes immediately discouraged, and finds other employment . Its unfortunate that such a prime location with alot of potential to be successful is being squandered do to poor management. I hope corporate gets a chance to see , and correct this major issue before cutting their losses .
