Taco Bell

So I hadn't been to a Taco Bell in years. I was tired and decided to place a mobile order. This place was in the little strip mall and less than a mile from home. Basically it was close, quick, and convenient. I get to the drive thru and the woman on the other end had to be the best, most friendly, and polite customer service representative I've EVER encountered. Seriously I was completely blown away. I get to the window and the experience just get better. Apparently this rare gem of an employee is currently waiting to transition into management. Don't let her go Taco Bell. She is definitely going to be a huge asset. Employees like her are rare. Truly a bright star in the dark sky. I'd almost come there everyday just to experience her enthusiasm daily.

Hey, hey, hey, it's a wonderful review for my local taco bell! But all joking aside, this is a go-to dinner spot on the way home. The staff is friendly and just last night when there was a delay they offered us a free item for the inconvenience (that's what they called it, but I was just chilling in the car so no big.). I'm sure I'll spend several more thousands here, I just hope whoever the owner is is paying these groovy guys, gals and non-binary pals well enough to keep them around, because if not it'll be our loss.

Worst taco bell I have been at in a long time. Waited in drive thru for over 25 minutes. There was only 1 employee out of 4 actually working. 2 spent most of there time outside talking to people and 1 employee walking around laughing and not help the 1 employee that was working. It really sucked wont be back will drive 4 more miles not to go to this one. Told the guy who spent most of his time walking around clueless they need to get it together and he told me I was the one who needed to get it together. What joke of a taco bell.

If I could put minus stars I would I just witnessed one of the nastiest things I've ever seen dealing with fast food not only did I sit in drive thru for over 30mins I witnessed the drive girl reach out the window and pet and play with a cat that the customer infront of me had in their car!!!! And when I spoke with the manager she tried to deny it and then said she wased her hands! She was not wearing gloves and was very rude when she realized that she couldn't lie her way out! The acting manager had to close the window to I guess calm her and the cook down because they didn't like being called out on something that is absolutely against food handling policy! And from what the head manager told me when I called to ask for corporates number which they said doesn't exist is that she'll simply talk with her write her up and retrain her! There is no reason that she should be working in a food handling environment at all! I am so discussed! So if u care anything about the food you and yours put in your mouth I would absolutely recommend not going to taco bell located on twain ave next to vons before Maryland

I had a problem with my order and when brought to the attention of the manager, she was VERY rude about it. I asked her, her name and she said "I don't have to give you my name " and walked away. Sooo RUDE!! You don't treat people like that. Would not recommend going there, especially if you encounter a problem.
