Sunrise Casablanca

This review is long overdue. I have been a patron of this establishment for over fifteen years. During this span of time, I've shared many good times with the most hospitable staff and customers. There is now a comfortable area to lounge in outside; this area includes cornhole, fire pits and television. Shannon greets me when I come in the establishment with a drink and a smile. She is fantastic and brings laughter to all!

My husband and I have been here before and the food is good. But when we went in the week of 6-21 the bar was busy with one bartender. She didn't great us and no one came to the table to take the order. Someone came from the back to talk to a customer at the bar looked at us and went to the back. We waited about 15- 20 minutes and walked out. We went to Timbers, were greated from the bartender when walking in, had timely service good food and when leaving the bartender said thank you and have a great day. Casablanca's customer service is extremely lacking. We won't be back.

Came here for the first time. Bartender was not very friendly. Kind of a drag to have to be friendlier because this place is down the street where I just moved to. I researched on google, fb and Ig. All good vibes and pics. Will be back when the female bartenders are there. Waited a while to sign up for the rewards points. Dont even know the benefits as I figured Id come back and ask another bartender. Everyone has bad night. Everyone cant be happy. But I even mentioned it was my first time. Ill give this place a second chance because of the better reviews with other bartenders.
