It's 2 in the morning after having good time with wifey. We hit this place for curly fries, sourdough jack and ultimate spicy chicken sandwich. Oh yeah, didn't forget the jalapeno poppers.

I love all Jack-in-the-Box but this one in particular very friendly people that works there also they bring your food to table when you eat in.

Absolutely terrible service. I love Jack-in-the-Box, but these guys were forgetful & slow. They did not work together as a team. They, told me to go around the front to wait for fries & they FORGOT about us. I went inside to fix my drink, they gave us the wrong drink & the lady was surprised we were waiting for the order. The guy taking orders was giving out Fries to others & moving the drive-thru line forward. Absolutely terrible. Waited 40 min for food. Didn't mind the first 20, but the last 20 was the team being untrained. Never coming back to this location even if it means driving far from my house to get food. Terrible customer service.

Apparently this franchise location doesn't think sealing deliveries isn't necessary at all. Even if there was no pandemic, it's gross and unacceptable.

Pretty good affordable fast food the buttery bacon & swiss jack is really good. The onion rings were fantastic & The limited time bacon & blue cheese ribeye burger with the potato bun is remarkable and my favorite. The fries aren't that good in my opinion.

Just not a big fan of Jack in the box or McDonald's I'm doing everything in my power for the sake of healthy life and living I o ly got a slushie for the kids. Great when just in nee dog a quick bite definitely Jack over mcnasty Ds. Lol. 🤷🏾♂️
