Sonic Drive-in

Been here twice. Both times, the drink cups had holes on the bottom and spilled all in my drink holder in my car. Fun cleaning that out. Both visits no napkins after asked for some and told they were in bag. Probably my bad for not checking, but whatever. Also no condiments for the chicken bites and fries. Do both visits were frustrating. Food tasted old both times. I've been to other Sonics and not had this problem.

This place has gone DOWNHILL. It used to be my go-to soda place in the afternoon. The problems include the accuracy and quality of the drinks. It used to be the king of different soda drinks. Now, I wouldn't trust them to give me a Coke Zero straight from the fountain. Forget asking for flavors, youll only confuse them. Today, I ordered a Diet Limeade with cranberry. Seems simple enough. I got a Sprite Zero with some red food coloring. Another problem is the microphone & speaker on the drive-thru. We're speaking perfectly loud and clear and they act like they can't hear us or understand us. Sad to see one of my favorite places decline so dramatically.

Place is going down hill. Haven't been there for awhile. My wife wanted an ice cream so we went there. I got a Reeses peanut butter cup blast and it was like $4 and had maybe 1 peanut butter cup in it, most of which was at the bottom of the cup. The rest was just vanilla soft serve or whatever. Total disappointment. Instead of "blast", it should be called "sprinkle". My wife ordered a cookie dough one and had the same experience. Put more candy in or lower the price and it might be OK. Not worth the drive because dairy queen is closer and they have much better "shakes".

Sonic is just okay. The skaters are always courteous. But, I want my burger a certain way so I usually request extra pickle and onion. What I got was extra lettuce. On top of that the lettuce was not fresh, stredded and was cold. It ruined the whole burger and made the bun somewhat mushy. I like their happy hour where drinks are cheaper. That's the good part about Sonic. Maybe it's because everything has changed due to the virus, but no salt, pepper or ketchup came with my fries.. I had to ask for it. All in all, that's the reasons for 3 stars.
