La Tapenade Mediterranean Cafe

Asked if I could get a sandwich without some ingredients due to allergies and could see them making them in the kitchen, and they said no. Also managed to get the order wrong despite asking twice. Was quite rude when telling us we had to order elsewhere, even though there was only one staff member to be seen at the time. Several labels missing from food, and also price labels missing. When food arrived, looked rather unappetizing. Luckily it was of a decent taste.

Rooms were clean ect. But I have never heard can't, won't, and No in a 24 hrs period in the 24 years I have been coming to Vegas. 1st time I've ever stayed at the Rio and probably the last. Usually stay at caesars the bellagio. One reason I stayed at the Rio is I knew it was a really nice place several years back and it was closer to and a vent I was attending. I was told I could not bet a certain way at the roulette table the same way I have bet for 20 years. Too much competition in Las Vegas for people not say "Let me see what I can do" instead of Can't.
