Jack In The Box

I work for the university in front of this venue. Whenever I go through the drive-thru my order has been correct, the employees are cordial, and I usually have a good experience. I called in today for a large order for a university event to feed several hundred students (event is not the day of, it’s a call in advance) - get item pricing and see if they can even accommodate the order. The associate that answered the phone was impolite, refused to help with item pricing, told me to “call back later, we are very busy you know. We only have two people in the store and I can’t help you”. Very short words. Manager wasn’t available either. This was at 10am on a Wednesday morning. I understand that it’s very busy at a fast food establishment on a weekday morning, but be more sincere at least?

Worst Jack In the Box ever! My order sat ready for 10 mins, when I asked about it, he said it was for someone else, then after 10 more mins of waiting put it in a bag and tried to hand it to me. When I said you told me 10 mins ago it was for someone else he acted like he didn't know what I was talking about. Manager gave me my money back. Will never stop in again, Rude, Messy, Slow, and unorganized.
