Fatburger & Buffalo's Express

I’m not one to complain, but I got a cheese burger, and it looked very tasty. I was incredibly hungry, and was so excited to bite into it. When I bit into it it tasted like they dumbed all the seasoning or salt on it. I tried to push through it and eat it. But it was very disgusting. I will not be returning. Also very poor customer service. They looked very frantic running around in the back lol.

My husband and I went here for lunch because we are vegan. I got the veggie burger without the bun and my husband had the impossible burger. Both were very good as were the skinny fries. Demetrius changed his gloves before handling our burgers and grilled them on a separate grill which we very much appreciated. Also the other guy working there showed me the ingredients in the buns and they all had eggs in them so I declined the bun. The girl at the register was very patient and answered our questions as best she could. All were very friendly. We were disappointed that they were out of vegan shakes and plant based chickn nuggets.

Definitely the worst service!!!! We never received service and finally just left after waiting nearly 10 minites. The person working up front was putting food away in the side refrigerator section so I didn't mind waiting and figured he would just finish up and then come take our order. He never made eye contact or acknowledged that we were there, another employee that came from the kitchen area even told him he had someone up front and he still never looked at us. When he finally finished putting the food away, he turned, walked out and left. We couldn't believe what we were seeing, we just left and we will NEVER go back.

First off the night shift people had ZERO customer service skills. I could not order my food without the older lady interrupting me. Also, this is my third Fatburger that advertises Vegan Shakes but says that they don't sell them. So either the workers don't know that Fatburger does sell them or they don't want to make them. Either way it's false advertising and Fatburger needs to make up their minds either you don't sell the vegan shakes or your workers don't want to make them.
