Golden Nugget I am surprised that you have good reviews. We checked in yesterday 2-25 on my birthday. We read reviews and thought it would be a nice place to stay. The room we booked is ok. Your staff in the hotel at the front desk and Casino players club however need some serious skills in working with people. You know smiling , saying welcome to the hotel, enjoy your stay and acting like it's not an inconvenience to help you. We traveled to other casinos down the way to play and places like the Aquarius were much much more friendly and inviting. But at the one we are staying the staff is very unfriendly.
If someone is paying to be in your establishment where they are spending $$ they shouldn't be treated like an an inconvenience by the people who work there. I never write reviews my experience prompted me to do so.

We had a wonderful time. The room was nice but, the little patio was great. We are smokers. We loved seeing all the dog owners. The problem was with the dogs barking, howling and. Crying because they were left in the rooms. I love dogs. We left ours at home so others don't have to listen to that.

The price for the room was right, but everything else (food) was expensive! No more small cafe's in these casinos, so if you just want a reasonable lunch or snack forget it. Our last trip until they get rid of the mask thing!!!

It was very nice the beds were great. The river was cool and water taxi was OK it's 5 dollars a ride one way or 20 dollars for an all day pass. Food could of been better got breakfast from a Cafe and it sucked all microwave food sausage was soggy as was the bread.

Love this place. I traveled with my mom and my little doggy. The room was perfect for my dog with a sliding door out into a courtyard for her to access. Worth every penny we spent. Only suggestion is they need a restaurant with more affordable prices.

We had the best time with my daughter and husband . Salt Grass Steak House is well worth the money. Every type of steak was delicious. And great service. Also, Minato Japanese restaurant across the street. The best. Very reasonable price. The calamari strips melt in your mouth.

Great place to stay! Loved everything about it from the valet at check; in to the services and amenities during our stay;to the quick, speedy, & convenient check out! The location was great because it gave us access to many things & experiences. My favorite place to stay when in Las Vegas!

I use to love this place but boy did it go down hill. No housekeeping, no room service, the machines were so tight and some bars close early. The room was disgusting. We had to disinfect it and dust the furniture ourselves. I will definitely not be staying there ever again.
