Bottega Pizzeria

I want to bottega for the first time for a work party and it was hands thé thé best Italian restaurant I’ve been too! The staff was very friendly in answering my questions, telling me about the lastest specials and really knew the menu well! I recommended literally a lot of things on the menu especially the lamp piece which is 10/10 juicy🥵 The portions are decently sized to really enjoy a appetizer, main dish and desert for a good fair price for the quality you are recieving. 10/10

Italian pizza served in the heart of Montreal! The crust was perfectly charred and chewy and all of the ingredients tasted fresh. I also appreciate that they don’t pre-cut the pizza for you in case you wanted to chow down the traditional fork-and-knife way or cut it into slices. But my complaints are that the pizza arrived a bit cold, I ended up throwing it into the oven for a few minutes (I think I may have enjoyed this more if it was fresh). I also wish they added more basil on top because you lose the fragrant herb flavour under all of the melted, slightly hardened cheese. Overall, I’d recommend trying it but I wouldn’t go out of your way to get it.
