Zibo! Laval

There were many empty tables on the terrace but was told they were reserved for people not yet arrived but when asked what time they were expected she didn't know. After insisting a bit the hostess took my number and texted us a few minutes later to come back. The tables did not get full during our entire lunch. Great selection on the menu food arrived nicely presented and portions were good. The chicken was a bit dry but the rest of the items were tasty and fresh.The Haloumi cheese with sauces was delicious.

It was a very bad experience that I had at Zibo Centropolis today Very disappointing.I ordered a salad for 27$ and the portion was very small it did not make any sense in comparison to other restaurant on the same street where you pay 17.50$ and the portion is double. Even though I informed the waiter he said thank you for your feedback but nothing was done about it. Definitely would not recommend this restaurant

Service was terrible. They cared more about the terrasse than the did the inside. Food too over an hour to get to us. Had the worst bavette ever. If you're not going to cook it the way someone wants it why bother asking? Salad delivered without dressing... Deserts served without coffees or vice versa... It took THIRTY MINUTES just to get a regular coffee that tasted burnt and was obviously sitting for too long. Would not go back to this location. A waitress on break was sitting at an empty table with her shaker and playing on her cell phone.. Completely unprofessional. We were a group of ten people celebrating a child's first communion. Should have been special and instead all we will recall is the terrible service and food.
