Chick-fil-a

Nothing has changed since my husband David Scott left a review, a few years back. Still not impressed. Ordered delivery. Delivery is always way later than it should be. Fries are cold, hard and taste like oil. When was the last time the deep fryer was cleaned? I ordered a large fry and it was barley halfway full, NOT the first time either. This place has really gone downhill, especially with the new owners. Multiple times I’ve been in store and overheard some workers talking about how they don’t deep clean and clean the machines as often as they used to. There’s a pandemic and y’all stop cleaning. Strange.

Ordered ahead in the app, drive through line was fairly full. Made it to the window and was told to pull in to a spot and we will bring it out, that’s fine, don’t mind. Waited for about 5 min and watched multiple people that were behind me leave with their food. So I go inside to check on my order and was told we are waiting on max and cheese, okay that’s fine. At the same time an employee clocking out walks by me with a max and cheese in hand and goes out the door. Then get handed a wrong bag of food and wait another few minutes for the correct food only to get home and still have part of my order wrong.

Overpriced poor quality fast food! Ordered some chicken strips, oil has not been changed out for quite awhile. Tasted like old KFC 🍗 and some sort of rubber! Waffle fries were cold, and quite frankly overcooked. Perpotions were extremely small for the price. Don't waste your money, go somewhere else and get your money's worth! Quite frankly there employees aren't worth $15 per hour either, if you want decent pay, get a real job!
