Mcalister's Deli

I order from McAlister's a lot and am generally pretty happy (solid sandwiches, good chili). Tonight I received this "cookie" and I just have to laugh. It's free ( for spending a certain amount), so at least I didn't pay for it but it does make me wonder about the care that goes into handling the food. Also, it's frustrating that plastic was wasted to pack this, I don't know who would touch a cookie that appears to be partially eaten.

After leaving chili's due to seemingly careless staff, i called to order a salad. Staff was polite and professional on the phone. When I got there to pick it up I added a sandwich to my order and again, staff was courteous and professional. Good stuff is hard to find and don't get enough positive feedback so kudos to this team and thanks to the manager for takin his time to talk to me about just that. Great group of people.

Have ordered To-go from this location 3 times. EVERY TIME our order has been wrong when we picked it up. Also, this last time we picked up our food not only was it wrong, it was thrown into boxes in a very careless, messy way. The box pictured on the right isn’t even a full sandwich, just half of one that was completely deconstructed at the time we picked up our order (it looks as if it was tossed into the box frisbee style).Their staff is friendly but have been very careless and disrespectful with our food. (I included a picture of our order ticket so you can see that they got our order wrong, though they did include the correct sides.)

Went here today first time ever. Was not impressed with the place. Food over priced for what you get. The place was dirty needed the tables and floor cleaned. Not sure why the employees were standing around and the place needed to be cleaned.i will not be returning here nor would I reccomend this place either.
