Sarpino's Pizzeria

Forgot my salad dressing. When I called I said they could bring it back out and was told it would be easier to just refund me. He said he would tell the manager. I called to follow-up and was told I had a $5 credit on my account. I wanted a refund for the salad. The manager kept referring to the dressing....for the salad as "dipping sauce" and belittled the situation telling me I paid about $1.20 for the extra dressing. Would not offer me a refund which I was told was the easier option. I was also told they could not offer a partial refund as I suggested since no one could bring me dressing. Super disappointed. This is not the first time items have been forgotten...kinda ruins the whole thing when it's salad dressing for your salad. Worst $37 I've ever spent on a small pizza. 4 small slices. Tipped %30 too....and no one could be bothered to bring the salad dressing for an overpriced salad.

Ordered a cream cheese pizza and a salad.. both were incorrect. The pizza had red sauce and the salad had the wrong toppings. I called and was told I would receive a refund which didn't happen. After a second call, and a second promise of a refund, still nothing. I hope that $40 was worth it.. because not only have you lost my business, I will make sure to share my experience with everyone I hear mention Sarpinos, and do my best to dissuade them from ordering.

I was excited to try the food because I had heard it was delicious and had not eaten here before. Unfortunately I never got the chance to try anything because it never came. I called and asked about it because I had ordered it through an app but the restaurant was apparently taking over the delivery. Because the driver listed it as delievered despite it never showing up they claimed they could make a new order for me but I would have to essentially buy it all over again. By the way this was almost a half hour after the intended delivery time. Since they couldn't look up anything beyond "delivered" in their system it begs the question was this food ever delivered to anyone at all or did they just list it as such? The most disappointing part of all was that I have never had a chance to even try the food or give it a fair chance and I will not be ordering anything from here in the future.
