Goodcents Deli Fresh Subs

This was my last time ordering from Goodcents Both times I order the same thing and I received something other than what I ordered. Then I look at my receipt and there is a note that they didn't have what I ordered. Ok if you could text me that my order was on the way you could call or text to see if I wanted something else instead of sending me something I don't eat. So I just wasted $8.00 for something I don't eat plus tip

Literally had the worst experience here. Showed them my receipt and my order number and said they didn’t have an order for my name. Then proceeded to ignore me after I showed them I have already paid and rang somebody up before me even though I was still waiting on them to figure out the situation. After they ignored they proceeded to cancel the order I placed without saying a word to me. Along with all that, a woman counted money with gloves then used the same gloves to make a sandwich with. Don’t place an order through online unless you want to be disappointed or even if you get your order hope you don’t get sick from it.

I ordered a 3 sub platter this evening. I had quite a few requests as my family are picky eaters. At one point I thought they were going to completely give up on me and all my requests but they certainly did not!!! When my order arrived I could not have been more pleased with the care and extra attention they put into the details of my order! I am so very happy with everything I received, I can’t thank you enough - I know it was almost closing time, I was probably your last order and you were probably tired and ready to go home....THANK YOU SO VERY MUCH for making my order perfect, I will be a customer forever now, thank you!!
