Kfc

The drive thru order taker didn't know the menu item. Took my payment, and asked me to go wait in parking lot, had to ask about sauce. Was told due to an accident, they didn't have some of the items included in the meal. Offered cookies in place. Checked the bag before leaving and it had wrong items. Honestly if it hadn't been end of night, I would have just asked for my money back. Definitely not going here again.

Only reason why I give this place a 2 is because the food tastes good. BUT every time I go to this KFC I am missing something from my order or they get parts of the order wrong. This time they charged for the wrong meal, but luckily they noticed and gave me my money back Although when I get home a side order is missing. I typically don't return after I get home because of the inconvenience. But seriously it's their job to get these orders right. I'm just disappointed and frustrated. Unreal.

This place is horrible! Get Home and missing half our order. The fried chicken is not like it use to be, it's soggy and greasy with practically no breading on it. We ended up just waiting $45. Too many other places to order from that will give you a decent meal. This meal is in the trash as I write this review.

Came to drive thru to order a number 9. I wasn't going to complain, but now I am. The girl Krystal and Reynaldo was the one who took my order. They spoke to me in Spanish. I told them I didn't know Spanish and they thought it was a joke. They laughed at me and continued to speak Spanish. When I told them repeatedly I didn't know. Then I went in today to pick up an uber order and they were both there and laughed at me as they all were talking about me on the headset. When I asked for the manager she smirked so I knew she wouldn't care either. I asked for the district manager number they refused and then gave me the wrong email for her too. 😒 very unprofessional and I will never go there and I am going to report it to uber also. Bad management and very disrespectful employees.
