Dairy Queen

I wish I could give this place zero stars but unfortunately 1 star is the lowest. Paid almost $7 for a brownie sundae that only came with vanilla ice cream and brownie bites. THAT’S IT! The absolute worse ice cream parlor in town. I’d take the drive to Richardson’s any day before ever coming back to DQ I truly hope they go out of business.

I'm really dissapointed because I usually love Dairy Queen, but this was not a good experience. The person behind the window walked up and just stood there looking at me. Didn't say anything. I asked if maybe they were closed, she said no. I said, so can I order? She said, um yeah. She took a very long time for me being the only order being made... And when I finally got it, it was wrong. I apologized and said it wasn't was I ordered. She said it was, but she would make it again anyway. I confirmed it was a tiramasu shake, not vanilla. Yet again, the second one was still vanilla. I don't know if the ratios were off, but I've had and loved that shake before, and it was not that bland. Super bummer.

Yesterday I went to Dairy Queen to pick up some ice cream for my son and I. We waited 10 mins in line that’s not too bad but a lady was a in front of me was paying with card right but didn’t ask her for a ID but the lady inside but another employee to take my order and I ordered a kiddo ice cream and a blizzard the total was 8 something and I gave her my debit card and then she ask for my ID for a 8 something total I felt weird about that because she didn’t ask the lady in front of me but I feel like it was racial thing but she’s working in LAWRENCE. Never going there again !!
