Ihop

This place is horrible. Every time we go here they tell us it’s a 15-20 minute wait. Last time we left after waiting 30 minutes with no end in sight. Here we are again waiting 30 minutes with still many groups ahead of us. Why do they provide zero training?? It should be very easy. One you have one group waiting you tell the next few 10-15. Then 15-20. Then 20-30 and so forth. You always add 10-15 to any wait you anticipate so you don’t tell people 15 minutes and they are waiting more than 30. Under promise and over deliver. I would not recommend ever waiting for a table at this restaurant!

really 3-1/2 stars. breakfast tastes good, decent quantity for the price; pleasant, courteous service; seems clean enough. don't like the coffee as well as some other restaurants, but it's not terrible. (terrible is defined as tasting like Starbucks). Booth seats are flat and the cushioning is pretty stiff, so a little uncomfortable if you have a bad back. overall, though, ihop has become my goto if no locally owned diners are available.
