After driving all day and all other restaurants having over 1.5 hour waits we decided to stop at Perkins. We haven't eaten here in over 10 years, we figured we would give it a shot. The food was mediocre and the staff was even worse. One waitress in particular (didn't catch her name). She snapped at another waitress and told her rudely "I wasn't talking to you" as the lady was simply trying to help. There were many more instances in which she had rude responses. Very displeased with the way she spoke to other staff and patrons. We will never return to this location solely based upon her attitude. Our server (cheryl) was amazing. A very sweet lady and I'm sorry that she has to deal with such hatred from her fellow co-workers. Thank you Cheryl for making our experience there more pleasant.

Our waiter alphonso.. was very kind and professional.. it was Halloween night..and he made us feel welcome.. the empty tables were dirty.. looked like the had been wiped down with a dirty wash rag.. but the food was good.. and our waiter saved our experience from a 1 star to a 4.

There was a bit of a wait. Service was slow, but it was worth the wait. On my Order I asked that one of my Sides that was a Salad to go and I didn't get it. I forgot, and Waitress should have reminded Me. Dinner was Good!!

Perkins always has good food and good service. This was my first time coming to this location, typically I've gone to the locations in Pennsylvania. Thank God the food and service is great across the board! They offer good deals for persons age 55 and above, it's a very warm and family oriented place. Good deals for late night as well!

The thing that sets this Perkins apart from others is the staff here. The manager is wonderful and so are the waitresses! They are so friendly and always make us feel welcome when we come in, whether with a couple of people or a group of 20. They always smile and do everything they can to make our meal the way we want it. Bonus that we came in on a Monday and got free pie this time! Of course they are a chain, so they're menu is set by corporate people, but they will do anything they can to make it the way you want. And of course the pie is always yummy! The only thing they need to improve is the bathroom- it smells and is in need of renovation. But if you want a good meal with friendly people they have it.
