Chipotle Mexican Grill

Was there and placed two separate orders, each with two burritos. First order, perfect. Second order, one burrito is perfect, the other not so much. The meat was supposed to be chicken but I’m not sure what it actually is as it was so burnt you couldn’t taste anything beside char. The little of it I was able to taste did not taste even remotely like chicken. It took me over 30+minutes to get through to the location on the phone to talk to a someone there. When I got through I was told I’m going to need to come back to the store for a refund, even though I have both my receipt and paid with a card in store. I live around 30 minutes away, so to far to go back to get my food fixed tonight when I ordered the food for. The young man on the phone would not even take my order number that I had from the receipt to look up the order.

This location has never once gotten my order right. Missing guacamole twice now, $2.25 is a hefty price to pay to not even get what I ordered. The next time I ordered, an entire kids meal was missing. This previous time I didn’t get any califlower rice, which is $2 extra. Normally love chipotle but three bad experiences is too many for me to ever go back.

8:10pm 1/26/21 ordered a salad, employee scraps a half scoop of chicken off the bottom and sides of container and puts it in my bowl. Clearly should have gotten a new container of chicken. After seeing this I decide to order double meat but steak this time, she continues her bad technique. At this point I’m paying double for a single normal chipotle serving. The rest of the employees were good.

Through the hustle and bustle of things, this location was pretty busy on a weekend night. We placed our order through the Chipotle app. Once we placed the order, our food was prepared pretty fast, when we arrived, the food was ready to go. Good customer service when picking up order. I'd recommend this location for their good service

This has been my wife and I’d home Chipotle since moving to the area 5 years ago. We decided to order online tonight as neither of us felt comfortable standing in line. My wife had chicken tacos while I had the Carne Asada bowl with double meat. We both had chips and salsa. We arrived 5 minutes before our pickup time and our order was ready.... Perfect!! Until we got home that is. Our food was stone cold, my bowl was half full, even with a double meat order (and 3/4 of what they did manage to get in my bowl was rice). The chip bags each contained a small hand full of chips (and that’s being generous). The only thing they managed to get right were the salsas for the chips. We won’t be ordering online from this branch again - worst experience we’ve ever had here.

Food always takes forever! Meat skimped almost every time, and burritos are never mixed up. So you’ll get a mouthful of cheese, and then have none in the rest of the burrito. Food is also usually cold even though we get it immediately when it’s ready. Everything is sticky in the restaurant... employees always just ignore me while I’m waiting for my online order. Don’t even ask for the name to try and find the order. Doubt they even realize all the customer’s frustration, they definitely don’t show it or apologize. Fun fact: I was writing this while I was waiting for my order. The order never printed from online 👏 The guy did apologize 👍🏻 No offer to be comped, which I didn’t expect anyway. But it would have been nice after waiting needlessly for 15+ minutes ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ I think this location is too busy for its size. While I waited, I saw 15+ orders go out. And it’s a Thursday.. there were 8-10 people waiting when I left.
