Nothing Bundt Cakes

My family and I are obsessed with these cakes! They are by far the best I've ever had from anywhere. Not only do they have great cake, but when I needed one on my daughter's birthday and forgot to grab it, they stayed open a few minutes late for me so I could run up really quick. You don't know how much I appreciate you saving the day for me. Nothing Bundt Cake for life 😍

I stopped in on 9/13 with my 5 year old while out shopping and we will definitely be back! The man and woman working the front were very helpful and polite. I read my son all of the flavors and he picked chocolate chocolate chip (of course 😉) and I had the carrot cake. Both fantastic. He wants to go back for carrot cake for himself and I'm excited to try the pumpkin spice! 😊

These cakes are a favorite dessert for my whole family. We are definitely in here a couple of times a month for a sweet treat. Usually we just buy a few of the bundtlets but tonight as a last minute thought we decided to order a 10” frosted Bundt cake to bring to our (socially distanced) Christmas gathering with our immediate family. Unfortunately we had some issues with the online ordering system and after a couple of phone calls with the store & the bank we were able to resolve the issue very quickly. Chris was super nice and helpful, as well as the girl who answered our first phone call (I believe her name was Makayla). I really appreciated how nice & patient these two were in helping us get everything figured out. I seriously can not recommend this place enough for all of your dessert needs. Everything is delicious, and you definitely won’t be let down!

The cake is good but the customer service at this store is less than desirable. For my curbside pickup (no other cars present) I ordered 4 bundtlets. I specifically asked for the red velvet cake to be in the plastic with a pink bow, just as the picture showed on-line. I got nothing. I called and wasted my time.

The ONLY reason I am giving this place 2 stars is because the cake is so delicious but that doesn’t make it okay did the staff to be so nasty to anyone. The manager “Fawn” (it’s on my receipt) was VERY nasty to me about using a birthday coupon for my boyfriend. I would go out of my way to come to this location because the staff were so friendly and kind but Ms. Fawn was very rude, belittled me and simply embarrassed me for no reason over a coupon. I will never come to this location again. She definitely needs training on good customer service.
