Mcdonald's

The morning crew is fantastic! They brought my Uber Eats pickup order out the backdoor to the speaker. This allowed me to pull out of the line and get going with hot food, rather than wait in a long line behind customers who were still having their food prepared. I appreciate this extra mile so that I may deliver hot food to my customer's. All McDonald's should follow this model since us couriers can no longer go inside the restaurant to retrieve prepared orders (due to covid).

Burgers had no flavore and where dripping from the water they stored them in. I have worked at McDonald's before so I know what some do. They cook up Cheryl patties and store them in their warmer. To save money some of them will put water in the plastic lens to keep them from drying out, rather than cook new ones it's a gross cheap and poor quality way of serving customers food. It takes away the flavor from the burgers. Not all of them do that and actually it's been a while since I've noticed that problem until I went to this one. You need to step up your game guys.

I go here often and there usually pretty good about getting my order right! Today I ordered the buy one get one for a dollar filet o fish and they put only half of a piece of cheese on each sandwich which really changed the tasre of the whole sandwich I understand I basically got a 1/2 off deal but I still expect two whole pieces of cheese.

Went to this location tonight 11/3/20 bought a cheeseburger happy meal and a chicken nugget happy meal. One of the happy meals did not have fries at all..like we asked for extra fries and they gave zero fries. I gave this location a call no one answered and voice mail was not set up. The guy at the window seem to be rushing I'm very upset because I paid for food I didn't receive. I will be calling back tomorrow to speak with a manager

This request is really for all McDonalds around Lee’s Summit. Thank you for bringing back most of your menu and for smiling at all of us during these really stressful times. Our family only comes for breakfast. It’s now been about 7 months of no biscuits and gravy. Our three kids want to submit their humble pleas for biscuits and gravy. Sincerely, a dietitian facing public humility for her kids “needs.”

Today, I decided I wanted to go McDonald’s and order 10 piece chicken nuggets, a number 3 combo with a large fries and courter pounder that comes with fries, and a separate fries. Pulling up to the drive through I asked a guy if he could politely make 1 of the fries a separate order... the guy said yes. While pulling up to the next window to pick up are food, we thought we already had a receipt, 2 large fries, a courter pounder, and 10 piece chicken nuggets in our bag. As we drive off we wonder why are chicken nuggets are so spicy, as I look down I notice the guy gave me spicy chicken nuggets. I then ask my daughter if theirs 2 fries in the bag, my daughter replies back with “no theirs only one in the bag.” I then later call McDonald’s very politely and I even asked how the guy on the phone, how their day was. I explained how we truthfully didn’t get the right order, the guy on the call said “do you have a receipt?” We said no we didn’t! He then accused me saying that I got a receipt, and that I was the one who changed my order. I then became from a very polite person to a very strict talking person because he wanted to accuse me saying I changed my order and that I got something I never got... this guy was being so rude, and hung on me multiple times.
