Pizza Hut Wingstreet

So you get a nice little coupon in the mail for a grand opening, "oh sorry, this store isn't offering that promotion". So I call, "sir can you please hold", 15 minutes later I had enough time to order from Dominos and was still on hold with PH. Terrible customer service. Food places get busy and Everyone needs to understand that but at the same time a company needs to take some pride and care more about the customers.

Read the reviews and order with caution. The new location and updated facade have not improved the level of service at this location. I placed an order online at 7:48, with an expectation of delivery between 45-60 minutes based on the website’s timer. At 9:00, I called the store number because still no pizza. I ended up talking with a representative in Pittsburg, KS. She was not helpful. in fact, I’d say she did more damage to the situation. She claimed that it was a new store and they are “probably slow because they’re learning a new system.” Hearing that, I asked to cancel the order and to process a refund. She claimed that she couldn’t do that, that I had to wait for the order. Which, the pizza finally arrived at 9:36. It was cold and stale (see attached photo). The driver apologized and stated that “they have us understaffed.” Lee’s Summit has many options for pizza. Save the hassle and use one of them instead (Domino’s is always on time 😉)

This Pizza Hut is fire. No, I mean on fire, as in a flaming dumpster of a restaurant. Last time I ordered, (and I do mean the LAST time) I was charged for ingredients I didn’t receive, the pasta was seared, (which I didn’t know was even possible) and the dessert looked like it had been left in the oven for 20 minutes over what it should’ve been...and danced on...with mud boots.

Horrible experience never ordering again. Online told us 20-30 minutes, finally had to call after over an hour to be told they don’t have enough drivers and I could be the second person up. After two hours food gets here freezing cold. Would’ve been nice to talk to someone on the phone actually in charge and not the two flustered 16 year old workers. Horribly managed, awful communication.

I would give zero stars but it doesn’t give me an option. Called to place and order, I was told to hold. Held for 15 minutes hung up and called back, I was told to hold again with a very rude attitude. I held for five minutes before hanging up and calling back again to have the phone picked up and slammed back down ending the call. These people are unprofessional and cannot simply take an order. If they cannot manage their staff good enough to have just one employee answer the phone for a paying customer then that’s it, they lost my business.
