Chili's

Waited for over an hour for a table, not an issue it’s a busy Friday night but was quoted 30 minutes and never updated. Got our table and ordered an appetizer, took forever to get. Then about 30 minutes after finishing our appetizer we learn that our food order never got placed so we had to wait another 30 minutes for our food. All in all we were there over 2 hours. Our server did take our appetizer off the bill for the mistake and he was personally fine. Food was not great and it took way to long. Bathroom wall tiles and floors were visibly covered in dirt, trash overflowing. Won’t be returning.

This is our third bad experience at this location. We won't be coming back. Our waitress visited our table only 4 times. One of those times was to bring us the check after we went looking for her to get it. I had to get my own ketchup from the condiment area and go back to the kitchen area to get more chips. She never came back to refill our drinks. My order was wrong. The waitress said she misunderstood me and walked away. She didn't offer to get me anything else. Due to dietary restrictions and allergies, I was unable to eat. My son was served his food 15 minutes after the rest of us started eating. The food has been awful everytime we have come in. The food was cold, dried out, over cooked and burned. There are a lot of great choices in the area. Dont eat here. Save your hard earned money.

It was awful! The service was so slow. I ordered the Bottemless soup and salad, my husband had steak. The wait for that was long, but then was the unbelievable wait for another bowl of soup and salad. We waited so long I finally ask to just bring my dessert and make the soup and salad to go. After another long wait they brought ALL of it Togo! Lava cake, still cold and a plastic container of ice cream, the reason I wanted to eat the dessert there, was I live 30 miles away. I will say they brought me a new one to eat. We returned home to finish my soup and salad and guess what, no salad dressing. I live in the country! Not worth the drive to get only DRESSING. Last but not least, I had a Straberry Margarita. There couldn't have been any, none, natta alcohol in that drink! For $7+ you ought to taste at least a little tequila! All in all it was an enraging experience. I rated it one star, only because it wouldn't let me post without pushing at least one of them.

I never give only one star but this is an exception. Service was non-existent and the food was horrible. Cold queso, chicken wasn't cooked through. They clearly haven't changed their frying oil. Just terrible experience all around and the southwest egg rolls made the 2 of us who ate them sick 🤢. Steer clear of this restaurant!!!

I just got home with a Buffalo chicken salad from curb side. It is the most awful salad I have ever had. When I was ordered they ask if I wanted everything on it I replied yes. It has wilted old lettuce and a few and I mean few pieces of chicken Nothing else. The dressing has been watered down the point it doesn’t even have a taste. Do needless to say my almost &13.00 lunch salad went in the trash. Restaurants are begging for business and this is what you get.
