This was a good place for a quick grab but now they always mess up my order! They don’t care if you get the wrong things because once you’re gone you’re gone! I ordered chicken and got all beef! Asked for mild sauce and got diablo! This isn’t the first time, it had happened to me multiple times! At night food is mostly never fresh! Big thumbs down! They should really reconsider their employees!

Food tasted fine, but I ordered a grilled cheese burrito and they didn't make it with the melted cheese on it like its supposed to have. As well someone who works there thought it would be funny to guve me every single sauce they had except for the one flavor I asked for. Manager that answered my call to just let them know what happened said "Nobody here would do that becuase its only managers today." So that being said a manager was the funny guy today. Pretty disappointing when it's the closest one to my house and I continue to have bad experiences with them.

Been waiting exactly 28 minutes so far... only 2 cars infront of me when getting here. 3 taco supremes. i coulda ordered take out from anywhere Update: drove away from window after 30 minutes. Not even greeted by the window person. There is no reasonable excuse. Impressive terrible service. ... theyre hourly, & clearly not motivated. When i pulled up, 3 employees with headsets stood in parking lot while the truck in front of me & car behind me sat without service. ... waited so long (12+ minutes) that i called into the store from drive thru to make sure they knew we were out there. Asstounding. 🤦

The staff is either really nice or acts like they are disgusted to be there, there's no in between. To the lady that helped me two days ago you were wonderful, to man that helped me last week. I didn't ask you to be there don't take it out on the customers, also the hours they have posted are not their hours of operation or they closed early. The food has the potential to be really good, your chances of it being good and not a mess that has exploded in your wrapper before you even open it or a 3,000 year old tortilla that is so old it has more than likely gained sentience is about 1 in 4.

Don’t have any comments about the morning and mid shift people, but mannnnnn. I don’t know if they haven’t updated their hours or what because it’s a 50/50 chance of you getting service past 11/12am even though the listed hours are till 2am. I had driven up around 1:15am with all the back lights on and both open signs on but no one answer the speaker. This has happened a few times throughout some weeks. If hours have changed because of the virus I 100% understand and get it to the fullest extent, but please don’t advertise wrong hours, or look into the graveyard shift crew.
